Police Bedding Set | Well, in case it’s not readily apparent through the name with this post, I am kind of a fan of Dorma bedding. This stuff is great. I won’t plug a brandname name of anything, and I have no links up selling Dorma comforter sets and the like, so hopefully you’ll take this of the same quality, honest advice.
I bought my first Dorma bedding set close to two decades ago, and honestly, I can’t remember the name with the pattern, but it was from that moment on that I was hooked. All I can actually remember regarding it was that the predominant color was green… very little help, I know. Anyway, that has been for the double mattress that I was purchasing at the time, and I probably had those sheets for 5 years, for a long time than I retain the common bedding set.
What set Dorma bed linens immediately apart from sheets I had been on yesteryear was the feeling of quality that I got during that initial evening of sleep. Again, I don’t remember enough with the details to give accurate technical specifications, nevertheless the thread count felt decent, as well as the quality of manufacturing was obvious. I couldn’t accept it, and then be very impressed simply because no matter what thread count was on those sheets, I knew that I hadn’t paid sufficiently because of it. Not that I stole them or anything, these folks were only a good deal… honest.
Fast forward several years, and lots of comforter sets, and I came full circle. Having ignored Dorma linen each one of these years, the company suddenly popped back to my memory. I went a number of stores, seeing if I could find a new group of these sheets to recreate my Dorma bed from in years past. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find the company in any stores, which dismayed me a bit, but looking online when I got home from that outing calmed my fears they had gone out of business, or something similar. I quickly found them on Amazon UK, though I must say this was a bit inconvenient as I live in the US. I’m especially confused concerning how I stumbled on them to start with given that I was only able to find them on UK sites, but regardless of.
